"The work performed by Premier Exteriors was extensive. This was a 25 x 12 composite covered deck. Jim and the crew are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and incredible at what they do. We went from a simple unusable 10 x 12 deck to a design that is more of a living space than a simple deck. The crew was great at communicating and completing based on our schedule. The only issue was that the weather didn't always cooperate and we did delay waiting on inspections. No-fault of Premier. May take a bit to get started due to their busy schedule, but that just shows that their services are sought after. Be patient and you will love your new addition."

"Did not acquire the automobile so the services were not needed. However, the company was very responsive with a comprehensive bid and an appropriate followup. I would give them the opportunity to bid again should the need arise again in future."

"The Pella west lower level window was installed in 2012, and has had continual leaking problems on the top right inside since that time. Pella representatives came out, and insisted that the window was not causing the leaking problems. We hired a roofer to inspect the roof, and the area above the window; no problems were found. The roofer sprayed our garden hose on the siding just a few inches above the window, and the window leaked profusely to the inside. Pella took the window cladding apart, and told us that, at installation, the metal cladding was cut incorrectly at the upper corner of the window. Pella did repairs to the outside, and repaired the extensive damage to the inside of the window, and said the window was now fixed. Around March 2015, serious water damage was noticed to the siding below the window. We consulted numerous siding contractors, all of whom stated that the problem was the Pella window. The contractors noticed that the extension portion of the flashing at the top of the window had been cut off when the Pella window was installed; the Pella window had no flashing. The contractor indicated that the window must have flashing. To correct this matter, we hired a contractor who installed appropriate window flashing at the top of the window, and placed four (4) new siding panels surrounding the window. John Noel, Pella General Manager, was present to witness the soaking wet area below the window. Pella paid for these repairs. As of December 13, 2015, the window started leaking again at the top right inside. We have consulted many window professionals, and have come to the conclusion that, in addition to poor installation, the Pella window itself must be faulty. Despite all the repair work done, and paid for by Pella since 2012, we have no other choice but to replace the leaking Pella window. The window was replaced 3/11/16 at our expense of $1,600. We are asking Pella to refund the cost of this Pella window, or, at the very least, reimburse us for the new window purchase price of $1,600.

Complete documentation and photos available upon request.

PS: We have spent more than $27,000 on Pella windows and doors since 2012. It is our sincere hope that the other Pella windows & doors do not leak. As of this time, the other Pella windows & doors have not shown leaking problems."

"The work was excellent! We bought a new house and were able to sell our then current house (remodeled) quickly which was a relief avoiding 2 mortgages. They installed a new oak stair rail system with wrought iron spindles. New ceramic floors in the master bathroom and entry way and reshingled the roof. All of the work was excellent and fair priced. I would definitely do business with them again."

"esInitially it started out well but as is typical in this industry, things start to fall off. He is able to do most phases of construction but prefers trimwork. The scope of work that we had didn't fit where he wanted to be. If it was a single job that he was being hired for, I think he would be good. He did good work but we do a lot of custom stuff and that throws our subs off sometimes. Super nice guy and I felt that he was trustworthy.
"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time.
Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot.
I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction.
WRS

"

"Good job, reasonable given the cost. My only complaint was less than meticulous clean up of the siding debris.
"
