"The salesman Mr. McKenzie was on time for his appointment. He provided all of the information which I needed. He measured the hall stairs for carpet installation. He provide the final quote and have wonderful carpet samples to show me. I told him that I needed 24 to mull over the price. Early, next morning I called him and I provided my credit card to pay for the installation. They came around a week later (I had a very busy work schedule) and the installer along with his assisted knocked the work out with 9 hours. They took all of the old rug and garbage and left the entire area squeaky clean. I would hire them again to install new hard wood floors."

"Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."
