"It was an LED light which was hanging out of a high quality below cabinet range hood. A new light had been supplied by the Cosmo company under warranty. Greg was able to replace the light without dismantling the range hood. It only took him 10 minutes. Greg is very friendly, respectful and polite As well as professional. We would definitely use him for any future odd job or appliance repair needs."

"Unique job of installing a second dishwasher off kitchen. Job required removing old doors and drawers under existing counter top. Installation of dishwasher required modifying existing electrical service, connecting dishwasher to existing sink, and creating new front facade adjacent to front of dishwasher. Job required electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills. Extremely pleased with quality of work at very good value compared with other bids. This is the second project that I have used Matthew Farmer. "Steve and his coworker scheduled my project for Friday morning, June 17. They announced that they were on their way and arrived, as scheduled. They immediately went to work and did phase I (remove Pergo and lay ceramic tile) in no time. It was done all so quickly, a testament to how these 2 folks work well together with Steve measuring and his coworker cutting the tiles, to perfection. Steve told me he would return the next morning for Phase II, grouting and toilet replacement. He arrived right on time the next day and again went right to work. Again, he was done in no time. Steve cleaned up after himself, and I had to do absolutely nothing. His work was excellent and we are very happy with the final project. My only suggestion to Steve and his crew would be to wear a mask, at least when doing the initial meeting of the customer, in these days of COVID. When he was working in the powder room there was more than ample distance between us. Just a suggestion. Again, we are extremely happy with the job done and I would recommend Pete Anderson (and Steve) to everyone."

"The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."

Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail. I stayed in contact with Mr. Lee, and he kindly agreed to come repair it for us without charge. <br />"
