"They showed up ready to go. We wanted the condo cleaned due to cigarette smoke. I have since discovered although the refrigerator was cleaned inside, the outside was not touched. The underside of faucets were not touched. Refrigerator wasn't moved and cleaned under. Blinds weren't all cleaned. It looked clean, smelled better, however I have since noticed and cleaned small things myself. Major stuff was done fine though. Walls washed, ceiling fans and lights cleaned, 2 overhead lights were missed. For the price I paid, I did expect a little better."

He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from.
