"The worst customer service. Do not use this place. First they cut the quartz counter tops incorrectly and wanted us to rearrange our cabinets to accommodate. Then when they couldn’t locate replacement counters they didn’t want in give us a refund for the less expensive quartz we ended up choosing. Within a month the counters were shifting and several sections were higher so they had to come and fix them. While fixing them they damaged our brand new stove top and dishwasher and refused to fix them. Our contractor was so disappointed and decided to no longer used this place. When we updated our bathrooms we used Galaxy. Much better customer service."

"My roof was installed in 2015. They also installed storm skylights. It has been only 9 years since the installation and in the last 2 months I have had FOUR separate leaks totaling upwards of $2,000 in repairs, including both skylights and two on the regular roof. This shouldn’t be happening only 9 years in according to every roofer I’ve talked to. I emailed them and got no response of course but I wouldn’t trust them with repairs anyway. God forbid we get a hurricane, I’m very worried about how my roof will fare."

"I DO NOT recommend Big G Roofing. They did a full roof replacement on my home in 2020. I purchased this home in 2022 and in only 3 years later it's leaking and they will NOT come to repair the roof even though it is under warranty. They refuse to transfer the warranty as almost all roofing companies do. Even when asked if I can then just have the previous owner call to have the roof repair, they still will not do it. So they will not honor a warranty, transfer a warranty, or honor it to the name associated with the warranty. They put their name on this roof and will NOT stand behind there work. I have called multiple times over the past few days speaking with multiple people and "their boss" will not honor their warranty. My great grandfather, grandfather, father, and myself are all small business owners. The one thing you learn is that you need to put your name and reputation into your work. As you can see from their terrible reviews, they do not do that."
