"Service never took place. Job entailed ceramic tile back splash, shelf, and window sill in kitchen. Company rep came out and measured, asked us to visit sales showroom to select tile. We did so. Travel time was 50 minutes each way. When we arrived at the showroom we learned that the company specialized in flooring and counter tops, and had a very limited ceramic tile selection. The reps at the showroom suggested that we select a tile from another dealer, and said that they would give us a price for installation only. We then visited another showroom and picked a tile from a large selection. We then received a call from the original rep, the one who had come to the house, stating that the company could not do the job and to request a refund from you. I asked the rep to notify you that we would be asking for a refund, which he agreed to do and later confirmed that he did."

"We hired Sam's Hardwood Floors to refinish the hardwood floors and install quarter-round molding in our living room, dining room and entryway/main hallway. The wood flooring in these areas had been hidden under some retro shag carpeting when we bought our home, and they appeared worn, dull and out-dated.
