"They installed a new Karndean vinyl floor over the pre-existing wood floor in 3 levels of our townhouse. From the initial consultations, where we received excellent and knowledgeable advice, through the planning, scheduling, and execution of the job, everything went completely smoothly and on time and on budget. The quality of the work, along with attention to detail, respect for our home, and cleanup were outstanding in every way. The installers, Donnie and Travis, worked hard and meticulously, coming early and staying late, solved some challenging issues, and did a a perfect job. Bob "Ski" who planned the project, did an incredible job of giving excellent advice, guiding us in our choices, managing the work, and always being available for whatever was needed. The whole company, including the people in the office, are first-rate. We love our new floor, and could not be happier with everyone at Riverview. We highly recommend this company and their product."

"I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Floor Coverings International of Pittsburgh. From start to finish, Jeff, the owner, showed an impressive level of care and professionalism. Jeff personally came to our home to meet with my wife and me, taking the time to measure our basement and stairs for the LVT flooring and carpet we wanted. He brought a beautiful selection of samples and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all. He encouraged us to take our time deciding which spoke volumes about him as a person. His estimate was better than the large companies and the personal service was exceptional. Unlike the big companies that act like they are doing you a favor Jeff showed that he valued our business. Once we decided to proceed work began the following week. Jeff came out with the installer on the first day to ensure we were happy with everything. Alex the installer was fantastic! He worked quickly and you could see his nearly 20 years of experience in every detail! No long lunch breaks for Alex. He even asked if it was alright to work late to get the job done, which we appreciated. The final result is stunning! The flooring is beautiful, baseboards were replaced, and doors were reinstalled flawlessly. Our basement is now our favorite hangout spot. How many people can say that? After the work was completed Jeff returned to make sure everything was perfect. He noticed a few minor details that my wife and I hadn’t even seen and while we didn’t care he insisted that they be fixed! He was so focused on making sure we were happy that he almost forgot to take his check! Floor Coverings International is a company I’d recommend without hesitation. Jeff and his team delivered outstanding results, at a reasonable price and performed flawlessly on time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else."

"From start to finish, Premier Home Pros provided a wonderful experience. It started with a no-pressure sales consultation, moved on to a 1.5 day installation by competent team, and ended with a beautiful new shower. We could not be happier and highly recommend."

"Refloor installed vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen, hallway and foyer. It turned out better than I could have imagined. The installation crew was great to work with - very respectful of my property. I highly recommend Refloor!"

"Carol and Mike were very pleasant to work with and Mike went above and beyond on the job I hired him for. They also gave me valuable information when I needed it. It was great working with people who enjoy what they do and have a strong work ethic. I am presently seeking their help with other home projects. I highly recommend them."

"Pedro was very quick to respond to my work request thru Angi and was able to complete the job the day after I first asked for quotes! The work was performed quickly and efficiently. Photo shows the small siding repair job that Pedro corrected."

"The installers were very hard workers and I greatly appreciate what they did. Everything looks great for the most part. They could've cleaned up the wood chips in the basement where they were cutting the floor boards. There was a shop vac right where they were working. I'm going down today to clean it up. They did sweep in the areas where the floor was installed. The wrong corner rounds were ordered, but they found some of the right ones and installed them. They have to rtn next wk to install the rest. (Some of the transition pieces weren't exactly in the right place.)"

"David did a great job on this project, very clear communication and it was obvious he cared about quality. I would gladly hire him again for a future project."

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"Easy to work with a had a fast install once I decided the flooring I liked the best. Installed a vinyl flooring in my basement. They leveled it out and did an amazing job with the install. Would definitely recommend."
