Best HVAC company ever! 

They went above and beyond to fix repairs right away.  Came out rather quickly and stayed as long as it took to figure out the problem.  Their customer service is all around excellent!  I originally called at 4:00 am in the morning and got an actual human voice who respectfully listened to me and was ready to help.  Promises were always kept on calling me back and calling to let me know the tech was on his way including an email was sent as well!  The tech's are extremely knowledgeable/experienced!  Pride is taken in their work in making sure the problem is fixed RIGHT, not just assuming.  They are all very pleasant to deal with in every aspect.  I highly recommend them and will never call another HVAC company again.

"Superb service by Relax Air!! I contacted Kamal for a second opinion after a different HVAC company quoted me a very large number for repair of capacitor and fan motor. My home in Ashburn is rented out and my tenants needed AC quickly. Kamal was extremely knowledgeable, polite, caring and professional. He came out the same day to repair the unit. His honesty is greatly appreciated. He discovered that there was nothing wrong with my fan motor (!!) and only my capacitor needed replacing. "Our furnace finally bit the dust after 25 years of faithful service. I had TriState do several small repairs and maintenance on it over the years, and they always did a good job. So, when the last service rep told me it was finally beyond repair, we consulted with Comfort Specialist, Darren, who isn't just a salesman, but previously installed and repaired HVAC systems. He took lots of measurements, inspected the old unit and the runs to the outside and upstairs. He took his time making calculations and offered us several options on a new system. TriState uses Daikin furnaces, which are rated in the top 5 furnaces for dependability and efficiency. The price, I thought, compared to my two other neighbors, who also recently purchased new systems, was even lower than I thought it going to be. In fact, my neighbors paid more (by thousands) and have a smaller square footage footprint than my house. We've had the unit now for over a month, and so far, it's great. It is a one-zone system, yet the upstairs will only vary by one or two degrees. This is much better than the old unit. We're hoping this small variance in temperature will also apply when the AC is on in the summer. The installers were very professional, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use TriState again, and will rely on them whenever I need service."

"Everything went well!  They did accidentally bring the wrong equipment at first because of a paperwork mixup at the home office, but they corrected it quickly and even upgraded my outdoor heat pump unit as compensation for the mistake.  That did cause them to have to drive to the Lennox distribution center and back, setting the install completion back a couple of hours.  I guess for that I have to knock them on "quality".
But other than that, everything went smoothly.  They were professional and courteous.  They also called back the next day to check on everything and make sure that everything was satisfactory and to apologize for the mixup.
