"I can not recommend this contractor. Contracted to do repair on tub (had chips). Paid a deposit and was unable to get response from Contactor after that. No answer on phone or text. Contact was made only after the Angi Compliant department offered to reach out to Contractor which I took them up on. Contactor was consistent in missing dates committed to following up on work. I believe he tells you what he believes what you would want to hear. Did a very poor job of taping around the tub so I have a mess around the tub. Committed to coming back to fix and has not returned any calls. He is charming and smiles but I found him to lack integrity and a sense of professionalism of his work. Unless you are ready to learn to do repair of his work or hire another contractor to fix his work I recommend you avoid. The crew said the outlet in my back yard wasn't working, so they left without calling me or ringing the doorbell to ask about it (the circuit just needed to be reset, which my partner at home could have done). I didn't find out until several hours later when the office called to tell me the crew had left. The fence finally got installed, and a few days later a neighbor found nails in two of his tires. The crew claimed they performed a metal sweep of the area, but now the neighbor is trying to get me to replace his tires. Finally, the gate latch got damaged somehow, possibly in a storm that happened a few days after the fence install, and HAL wanted $130 to replace the latch. I bought a latch kit off Amazon for $30 and did it myself."
