I appreciated the ability to reschedule after a 19 hour power outage collided with the first attempt to install. This job may seem a bit expensive but I ordered 2 higher end toilets and they had to deliver, install, and haul away old toilets. I have also hired them in the past to fix my water heater. "I have been renovating our house that was built in 1950’s and I am nearly finished. I previously hired All Renovations to update my two upstairs bathrooms with the 1950’s tile where they did a superb job. Now that I am working on the basement, I decided to go with All Renovations again to update the basement bathroom and again I am very happy with the results. The basement bathroom was in the laundry room with a washer, dryer, cabinets and a water softener system making it a tight squeeze for the space. Upon viewing the construction options with Adrian of All Renovations, he thought of moving the water softener system to an adjacent hallway closet. This allowed dividing the space into a separate bath with a nearly 3’ x 6’ shower and maintaining a full laundry room with a utility sink as well. Adrian with his “can do” attitude was a real champ at getting the work done. He also is very detailed with his work and makes sure things are completed correctly – a true compliment to the All Renovations team. This included moving plumbing, installing new tile on the floor and throughout the walls of the new glass enclosed shower. Not only was their price fair and competitive, their design was the best of the three quotes I received. Next, they completely gutted my daughter’s bathroom and installed all new fixtures. "On the recommendation of a neighbor, my husband and I engaged Charles Graves Painting to paint our home's stucco and wood trim exterior. After a color consultation with Ana (she's incredibly helpful!), a power washing, and a few minor repairs, the painting began on September 10th. Our project manager was Ricardo. He was clear about everything that was planned and was responsive to our questions and concerns. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed. He's easy to talk with and very adept at what he does. Beside an excellent job of creating a silky smooth surface on our front and back entry doors, he did an excellent job replacing the kick plate under the back door. The other members of the crew were all friendly and they worked carefully to limit any damage to our numerous foundation plants. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. It was worth the cost and we would absolutely hire them again!"

"Excellent work ~ I highly recommend Ultimate Remodel. I was referred to them by a colleague about five years ago. I have since used them three times. First, to renovate two half baths and a full bath in 2014. I was impressed with the end product, the crew, their work habits and how careful they were and how clean they kept the construction spaces, and by Tunch, the owner and general contractor. Ultimate remodel provided a cost competitive estimate and landed the contract when i gutted and completely remodeled our kitchen in 2016. They exceeded every expectation and I still LOVE my kitchen. Would not do one thing differently. When it came time to renovate the master bath my expectations were not high because the room is oddly sized with no options to move walls, etc. I have to say I am blown away by what they were able to do with my "wish list" of a large shower, two sinks, toilet and a LARGE shower.
