He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. "The whole experience was simple, quick and clean. Rich had came over last Saturday explained product and showed lense covers. On Tuesday Shane called to schedule the install appointment. On Thursday, Dave called to let me know he was on way. Two hours later my old light fixture was removed, Solatube installed. Wow!
