I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to. It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."
