"Re floor did an awesome job from start to finish. From sales to install. We love our new floor. We will definitely use them again!!!"

"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"Mike and Joe are definitely a great team. They were very attentive to every detail and the end result is beautiful. Initially they said the job would take 3 days and they got it done in just over 2 days. They were always punctual and respectful and had amazing ideas when it came to the floor. There is definitely a level of skill that is unmatched and I would recommend Floor Essence and use them for any future flooring jobs"

He called the 1st of the week due to a cancellation & said he would pick up materials and be at my home by 9am the following morning. He arrived at 9am completed the work within 2 hours. "Mr. Doug of Perrell Flooring Installation performed the work. What I valued most is the fact I was able to get an estimate with in a day of calling, he showed up on time to start work and was able to start right away and complete the job in 2 days. When an unforeseen issue came up with one of the cut off valves he was able to handle."

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"I came to know about Thomas through Angi. He was the first one to respond among the 3 companies I sent my work descriptions. He was very prompt in replying all my texts and scheduled a visit for checking the works at my home very soon. He came on time and sent me a quotation within few hours. He scheduled the work soon and finished the work upto my satisfaction. I found him very polite, professional and skillful. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family."
