"We had a 3:00 appointment but Jeff called and had finished a previous job earlier than expected.  I was happy that he could come sooner and he arrived promptly and went to work.  I stated that I would like to clean behind the dryer once he had it pulled away from the wall.  He suggested he pull it out so I could clean and he would proceed with the other work.  He did that and I was able to clean before he was ready to clean the dryer vent.  He is very professional in his work and did an excellent job.  He also cleaned up the job site including the yard at the exit site of the dryer vent.  This was the first time I had Jeff since he took over the business.  I would definitely call him again and highly recommend his work."

"We had another plumber come out & they were unable to correct a leak in our kitchen faucet. That plumber recommended we buy a new faucet, which we did. Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."

"Alan and his company are consummate professionals - highly skilled, creative, dedicated, hard working, friendly and honest. They are a terrific choice for anyone considering remodeling or repairs. What I thought was a leak in the shower drain damaging the downstairs ceiling was discovered through Alan's thorough inspection to be the result of an exterior chimney issue leading to rainwater damaging the interior structures. Alan explained the problems, offered options and suggestions, and completed the full repair and remodel true to his estimate and promised completion time. This included repairing the 2 1/2 story chimney , all hidden damages, framing, drywall, subfloor and flooring, plumbing and electrical, ceiling repairs and painting, and installation of new shower, toilet, and vanity. "When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.

"I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.
