Joshua is genuine and honest - exactly what we were looking for as we are new to The Villages. They started three weeks later after all agreeing to the project scope and quote. We added 6 palms and a rock wall around the house. Joshua and tony met every expectation all the while fitting in the numerous changes we requested along the way. He did a great job that required removing trees (pines, oaks, palms, etc.) and leveling to make a long driveway into our heavily wooded property. Some of the trees were very close to a powerline, but he handled their removal and stacking with a masterful touch. He insisted on only being paid once he completed the work. We highly recommend his excavation service!"
