"I ordered 6 impact windows from Morgan Exteriors Orlando for my Florida room. Dylan, Rottan, and Navin arrived at 8 am to install the 6 windows. They were all very friendly. They went right to work and by 12:30 pm they were done. The windows looked great. Big improvement. What I liked was that you could put your hand on the inside of a window with direct sunlight coming through it and the inside of the window was cool. Before that room would be very hot during the day. Now it is cool as a cumber. The guys did a terrific job."

"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."

Kyle understood my problem, came up with a solution and then very efficiently dealt with it. It was fixed in a very timely manner. His professionalism did not go unnoticed. At my request, he then inspected my roof and sent me a report and over 50 pictures of his findings. Happily I do not need a new roof for quite sometime. When I do, I will certainly call on Kyle to do the job feeling secure in his knowledge and affordability."
