"He called us early morning and by early afternoon we had a new hot water heater. Very professional. I would recommend to all."

"Chris from CMK Plumbing and Heating is very professional. His work is clean and neat. The quality of his work is excellent. He is very responsive and his pricing is fair. I would definitely call on him again and would gladly recommend his company."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Same day installation. Called at 10am, 20 year old hot water heater replaced by 3:30 pm."

"Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The plumber was knowledgeable, respectful, and left everything clean after the repair."

"My gas water heater was leaking and starting to get a bit old... so I needed a replacement. Boston Standard gave me an estimate after emailing them a few photos of my existing setup, and came out to replace it the next morning. Their estimate came in lower than another company I looked at by a fair amount. They also gave me a discount on a scratched water heater they had on hand that another customer rejected. The were prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly. I will absolutely hire them again for my plumbing needs."

"Guy did a great job of diagnosing and repairing our State Hybrid Electric water heater. I would definitely recommend his work."

"My experience with All Phases Mechanical was outstanding in every facet of the work. They provided expert recommendations on the size and type of boiler to be installed. Delivered the boiler when they said they would, performed a very complex installation in a single day and followed up the next day to fine tune the system and complete the tank repair. They even replaced batteries in the thermostats. All work was inspected and deemed outstanding.
