We were faced with major structural damage to the entire front of a two-story condo in Ocean City. Mario and Fred provided a detailed action plan to address the significant water damage, completely rebuilt two decks and replaced the vinyl siding. Additionally, wiring, switches and outlets that suffered from water damage needed to be replaced and brought up to code. The pricing was fair, and the workmanship was first-class. "Overall, it was a great experience with Gary and his team from start to finish. We hired Avalex to replace the flooring in our entire first floor, remodel our kitchen including opening up a wall and paint the walls. Gary helped us pick a new design to the kitchen and guided us through the decision-making process on our finishes. They took care of everything and the quality of the work that they completed was wonderful. We were out of the house for the first part of the renovation but returned halfway through. When back in the house everything was cleaned up on a daily basis and it was not difficult living in our house.
