"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! "This was my second time working with Diorio Builders and again they were stellar! We hired them to finish our large unfinished basement into a rec room, bedroom, bar, and bathroom. This was a big project that covered a lot of areas and Derek and James excelled at every stage. They were always straightforward, polite, and very hard working. They wrote up a detailed contract describing the entire project in phases so everyone's expectations were clear, and kept me updated as to their progress through each phase. They brought issues they found to my attention right away along with ready options for how to fix them. Their attention to detail is superb - their team tiled almost a thousand square feet and there isn't a single one out of place. They have an excellent eye for aesthetics and offered ideas when I was unsure how to integrate the existing structure including a gorgeous and functional knee wall with trim around the edge of the new bedroom, and elegant columns enclosing the rec room supports. They always offered ideas without any pressure or upselling. I was very impressed and happy we picked them and highly recommend their work."
