"Phoned Jim Stephens at 8 am and he was here by 10- replaced our water heater and also repaired a toilet, which had been improperly installed by another plumber several years ago.  I highly recommend this plumber, he is efficient, and went the extra mile to find out if our water heater was still under warranty (it was) which saved us $550!"

I had four new lights installed and wired (three of them were brackets for ceiling fans) which included measuring and cutting the hole, wiring up the new sockets to switches, and installing the brackets/boxes. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"It went very well, he is a licensed electrician and he changed all of my old s12 sockets to energy efficient sockets so that I could use my electronic devices and not blow circuits.  I was being charged each time I called in a help ticket.  So I called Mason Electrical Services and had him come out and take a look . He came out and took a look at the problem and gave me an estimate .and I was really satisfied on the price.  He arrived promptly on 8 March 2014 had everything he needed to work with, and completed the work it only took a couple of hours and the job was done.  In that time he installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom with a remote.  He didn't make a mess.  I would definitely recommend him to others needing electrical services in the future.
