"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"Shore Points Construction- The BEST!! We had an old deck removed and a new one installed by Shore Points. The owner Mario and his assistant Fred came out and spent a great deal of time designing our new deck. They had material samples and answered all of our questions. We scheduled and their men were prompt, courteous and very professional. The new deck is exceptional!! It is many steps above the run of the mill that other contractors were suggesting. Their pricing was competitive and worth every cent. We are enjoying our deck so much and would recommend that you use this company for any of your construction needs. "Tom, the contractor contacted me in less then 24 hours for the work I needed done. We set up an appointment and he was on time. He was courteous and after explaining that I wanted to paint my lower cabinets in the kitchen...he completely understood. He brought in his color charts for me to select what I wanted. I had two problem drawers which he gave me great suggestions and that he could fix the problem. He was expedited the work and within 2 weeks it was done. He protected my floors while painting. He left my kitchen clean and put on the drawers and door back with the hardware. Did an amazing job on the cabinets. They are gorgeous....like they came from the factory directly. I would highly recommend him for any type of remodeling or renovation. He did an amazing job."

"The father, Lewis and his Son, Jr. Came here Saturday at 830am and had the job completed by 4pm. The best work ever. Very neat and clean. They replaced the front porch columns that were rotted after 43yrs with new solid wood and enclosed them in vinyl too match the railing that were attached to the old posts.
