Mario and Fred provided a detailed action plan to address the significant water damage, completely rebuilt two decks and replaced the vinyl siding. Additionally, wiring, switches and outlets that suffered from water damage needed to be replaced and brought up to code. The pricing was fair, and the workmanship was first-class. The result is a brand-new front of the building that is structurally sound and looks amazing. Mario, Fred, and Eve were a pleasure to work with throughout this project. The job included a gut reno of kitchen and baths, removing popcorn ceilings, removing a wall, replacing interior doors, installing luxury vinyl floor tile throughout, installing lighting, and painting. "My experience with Gary and his team at Avalex Renovations was and is excellent. We found them by recommendation from a friend. Gary came in with samples where other contractors had suppliers for me to go visit to select the kitchen cabinets, another for countertops, etc. We agreed on the work to be done and price (on a handshake), and then Gary sent me a proposal. As Gary worked on the kitchen, we added a bathroom, then, expanded to a second bath, and finally, the rest of the main living area. Of course, as I added work the price increased but Gary NEVER came back and asked for additional money saying I found this problem or we have to repair this at additional cost. Not only did he stay within the agreed budget, most weekends we were able to use the house, as his team left it clean. My wife and I are so pleased with the QUALITY of the work done them and we are now residing at my home."
