"It went very well.  He came quickly and called when he realized he would be about 20 minutes late due to a prior job.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.  He answered all my questions as I watched him work (because I was curious,  not because I had any lack of trust) and explained what he was doing in a way that I could understand it.  I liked him very much and would call him again for any plumbing or electrical needs.  He even gave me a pen that doubles as one that can write on computer (if you have that kind of computer or ipad) just by retracting the pen point.  I like little things like that and I was glad to have something with his number on it for future reference."
