".Although Jake is a very nice person, he needs to communicate!!!!!! Before we agreed on a price, there were times that we didn't hear from Jake for 2 weeks. The previous rating was a little generous. 
   Now, 8 months later, we had Jake install a new kitchen faucett. The hot and cold water lines under the sink were put on backwards. Example: left knob is cold--right knob hot. Called him on the phone ( he was actually reached) and explained the problem. He said he would return the following day. Nothing. I have left him 3 messages to call me-no return calls. If you want to hire this company, beware of no return calls.

He visited our property to give us a free estimate for replacing a sliding glass door, and he was able to do the job in the same week. There were some additional costs on the project, but Kevin kept to the original bid."
