"After a huge storm had damaged our chimney cap on our house, I contacted the Top Hat Fireplace Store and they sent a representative the same day. The two gentlemen that came to our home were very professional and removed the old cap and gave me an option of either replacing it or repairing the old one if they could. When I said just replace it, they said that they would see if they could repair the old one and give me a quote on both. They also put a temporary cover on it until they were able to get a new one for my home. When they came back two working days later due to the weekend they notified us of the repair. They did not require any payment at the time of service and stated that they would send the bill in the mail later. I would defiantly use their services again in the future. <br />"

"The floor man was finishing up in the house and was looking for a place to washh his hands. Went to the back of the house and spotted the leak in the hot water heater which is outside the house in a small shed. He called us, and we came right over to the house. I called Handyman, and they had someone out within 40 or so minutes. He shut off the water at the meter, which we couldn't do. He bought the necessary items to do the work and came back the next day as promised. He was on time and finished the work. Job well done. Very prompt, courteous, on time, and worked diligently! I'm so sorry I can't remember his name, but if I need similar work to be done I would call Handyman and ask them to look him up. A very hard worker. <br />"

"My wife and I bought a retirement home in Ocean Springs that was flooded by Katrina.  The home was under 5 feet of water and unoccupied for years.  We solicited several quotes and Emmitt Christie's (Just Fix It) was by far the most competitive.  We were located in Columbus, Ohio during the duration of the remodeling (May 2013-Sept. 2013).  Because we were not familiar with the area or contractors in the Misssissippi Gulf Coast, I was apprehensive about hiring and trusting any company to take care of our investment, especially since we weren't there.    However, that all changed with Emmitt.  We could tell him what we wanted done, when we want it done and he would give us a very good price for the job.  We could trust Emmitt to do the job right, on time and without us being there.  Although his price and quality of work was very good,  the fact that we could trust him is what makes him very valuable.  Some of the work that he performed on our home included:  New roof, new wiring, new drywall, some new plumbing, installed kitchen cabinets and counters, bathroom vanitys, designed and installed a new slate walk-in shower, built a deck, installed electrical panel boxes, ceiling lights and fans throughout the home and converted the garage into a den and laundry room.  The bottom line is I would highly recommend Emmitt's company, Just Fix It, for any job, big or small. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"We contracted with them for painting exterior building and they're still here working. The best part is their owner is very responsive for the most part he doesn't have a consistent crew would be the downsize  sometimes days he has eight people or six, six to eight other days he has two so he's been dragging behind to complete this job, right now two people are here. So he's kind of  quick to start and slow to finish."
