He arrived within the appointment time window and immediately knew how to bring up the refrigerator’s codes and also how to access the area he needed. He had the replacement parts in his truck and once he installed them and replaced the cover, the error codes went away and the refrigerator began cooling. Jason communicated what he was doing as he worked and showed me the new (in the packages) parts he was replacing, as well as my old damaged parts. He was totally professional, as well as being efficient and courteous. His price was reasonable and fair. He didn’t overcharge for the parts (which I confirmed from an online search. His labor rate is higher than others, but since he is skilled at what he does he is quicker at fixing the problem. I would use him again."

"They did fine. They came and fixed what was wrong but there was another thing that was wrong that someone else had to fix but it was fine, it worked out okay. It wasn’t an oversight on their part; it was just that there was something wrong with the switch on the lid that shuts of the dryer. My wife and I eventually decided to buy a new dryer because it was just old, so we have a new one. We were pleased with what they did. One of the things I was a little bit skeptical about was their guy came in and he zeroed down on this one thing, fixed it and was out of here but he didn’t check this other switch that was out. "The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.
