"PHENOMENAL. Joshua is punctual, dependable, very knowledgeable and does great work. We have a pretty big wraparound deck (approximately 300 square feet total) that needed lots of help - some rotted boards, popped screws, peeling paint - you name it, we had a problem with it. Joshua showed up right on time to give us an estimate and, even though I specifically asked, did not recommend more expensive options. He emailed us an estimate exactly when he said he would, outlining labor and material costs. We got on his schedule as soon as he could accommodate us, and, again, he showed up when he said he would. <br /> In terms of the actual work - the deck looks brand new. Rotted boards were replaced, screws tightened, rails painted, entire deck scraped and restained. Joshua completed the work when he said he would, and worked hard the entire time he was here. "The entire process took about a week which included - preparation of the areas to be resurfaced, texture coat, color coat, sealing coat.  Also we had the exiting concrete brick planter areas painted with another colored coating product to coordinate with our existing patio and new resurfaced areas. I would estimate that the area resurfaced was about 2000 square feet and about 200 linear feet of 3-4 high brick was recoated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The concrete for some of the areas was over 30 years old and other parts had been lifted and discolored.  The lifted areas were ground down or floated as needed before the process began.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />You can get a pretty good idea of the various products and applications of the Company by looking at their website. Work was done several weeks later, but the wood was already precut and painted to match house. Workmen were careful to make the project level, sturdy, and attractive. "I purchased a "deal" -- $300 worth of services to clean and seal granite counters -- for $150.  We had two spots in the granite that had darkened because they were wet and just never dried.  Juan came out and got us started on a long process to dry the spots and lighten them in color by applying a poultice that would draw out the moisture.  The whole process took several months of not using the sink and letting it dry completely, but the granite now looks normal.  I then called Juan to return to complete the sealing of the counters, which he did, and he and Adrian then cleaned and sealed our travertine shower (this was an extra charge -- separate job).  Everything looks beautiful!   <br /> Juan was very responsive to my emails and kept checking in with me to see when he should return to complete the sealing of the counters.  They came when they said they were going to come, and were very prompt.  We are very happy with their service. <br />"
