"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. Wonderful people to work with. Very friendly and affordable."

From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. "Refinishing wood floors in an inhabited house is not an easy job but they did it with as little disruption as possible. The floors are 70 yrs. old so there was only so much improvement that could be reasonably be expected. Still, the floors looked much, much better when finished. Their price was good."

"We hired Mallol for 2 projects. First one was polishing travertine floors and cleaning and waxing water damaged engineered wood floors. Both came out amazingly beautiful. Second project was repainting antique wood floors, cleaning and waxing engineered wood floors and polishing tile, stone and travertine floors. Again, amazing work.
