"Bad experience. Roofer did not do what was in the description of work. He tried twice to stop a flat roof leak. The leak now flows at about five times the volume of the pre-repair rate. Sadly, the water has damaged a hardwood floor and has soaked through recently installed ceiling drywall and insulation. So now I'm a few more thousand into cleaning up this disaster. Worst of all, it is still leaking. I think we may be headed to Small Claims Court."
