"We received a quote/bid for a window that needs to be repaired. Kyle spoke with me on the phone for quite a while answering all of my questions. He even gave me a lot of helpful advice over the phone, encouraging me to grab my tape measure and keeping everything very individualized - very different from a lot of professional window companies which insist on coming out and wasting all of your time with lengthy condescending presentations. He then provided me with two quotes one to repair and one to replace. both very competitive. We haven't made our decision yet as we are also working with a third party payer, but I imagine we will use his services, and I can update my review at that point. So far, I couldn't be more impressed.

He said my situation was way more urgent than his other customers. He had a crew out the very next day to put up the new 6" gutters with splash guards, and addressing some of the other minor siding repairs."
