"Trackline built a 3x17 foot retaining wall with cap on the front corner of my home. It was a difficult project due the slope of the terrain and the curvature of the wall. Ken was very professional and meticulous in his work to ensure the wall was supported and level with adequate drainage. My prior wall had settled due to a poor foundation and drainage. The wall cap, due to it's curvature, also required many of the stones to be cut, which was painstaking and time consuming. Trackline did a great job with this. Price was excellent as well. "I have used the Leaky Cellar several times to address foundation leaks in my home. The service comes with a lifetime warranty and I have been pleased with the work performed. In Spring of 2016 I contacted the Leaky Cellar due to a modest leak from a storm in an area they had previously repaired (warranty support). Staff on site were pleasant and professional and performed the repair quickly. Shortly after they left I noticed that they had dripped product on carpet in my basement hallway and stairwell when they exited. This unfortunate situation was addressed by the Leaky Cellar owner (Kevin) by funding the cost of replacing the carpet in the impacted areas. I could not of asked for anything more. To me this illustrates a level of commitment to good service and customer satisfaction that deserves to be shared."

"Everyone was extremely nice and professional and very responsive to my questions.

The handyman work included fixing a metal strip on the garage door opening, installing a new can light, shaving 3 bathroom doors, a small bit exterior paint touch up, getting a stuck door open and tightening screws, and some good advice.   The other work was a lot of interior painting including spraying ceilings, 2 new steel doors to the outside, 1 small concrete pad, 3 permanent aluminum awnings.   I am very pleased with the outcome.    Thank you 5 Star!

"Jim and his team came out to take care of a growing crack and small footing/structural issue on our entryway. Though it was generally tough to get anyone to show up, they came out, bid and began work within 2 weeks of first contact which was appreciated. While working on our house they also completed some extra repairs on a cracked archway for our front door, more repointing on the face of the house and the chimney and I hired them to help put on our chimney caps - a project I had been told a half dozen times "couldn't be done" because of the style of our flue or contractors would disappear on me. They spent the time to do their best to match the mortar color to our historic home's mortar color. No mix is going to be a 100% match because of various factors (including age), but of the two times we've had masons out to do repairs their initial mortar mixing was pretty spot on in color and texture. Our most problematic area ended up cracking slightly again after repairs, but Jim had one of his guys back out to repoint the area again. This time with a slightly different color, but without extra charge. Overall Jim's team did an excellent job, addressed any concerns I had and made sure the job was done properly to preserve the historic nature of our home as best as possible."

Travis was quick to respond to the request from Home Advisor, but was entirely no pressure when he came out to bid the job. When we decided to go with him, he was able to schedule us for the following week. The morning of the start date, the weather was bad, and Travis called ahead to let us know he would be about 15 minutes late. He actually arrived on time, but since he wasn't certain about his arrival, he had called ahead; we always appreciate these kinds of gestures. Throughout the process he was very meticulous, and thoroughly professional, yet very easy going. He explained what needed to be done, and why, before we contracted with him, and during the process of fixing the wall and floor, he explained what he was doing, and what it would accomplish.
