They did such a great job that we had them work on a full remodel for our main bathroom. They changed the tub into a shower for us and did such an amazing job. But Russ was so great at keeping us completely in the know of everything that was going on and also helped out on some other projects while they were here (we kept adding small things like removing an old swamp cooler vent and new light fixtures). I also had a sliding glass door put in. My old one had fallen apart before my scheduled install date. I called them and they found a way to get it put in early. "I'd called a few months before and knew it would be about a month before Gunnar could come, which was fine. That time came and went, with no contact. He called me back after another month or so, briefly explaining the delay and following up to see whether we still needed the work done. I was hesitant by this time, but arranged for him to come a few days later.

Gunnar showed up when scheduled, assessed the needs, asked questions to clarify, made a quick trip to shop for needed items, returned and got started while we and our guests carried on with the day. When finished, he shop-vacced to clean up most of the mess created by such work and briefly explained a few things about what he'd done. There was a bit more cleanup to do after he left -- maybe 15 minutes to vacuum a few places and wipe down bathroom surfaces -- but it wasn't bad.

Gunnar purchased light fixtures, bathroom fan, and window blind based on walk-through and conversation with me that morning, and I was quite pleased with his choices for balance of price, features, and appearance. The installations look good. I am happy with his work.
