"It went great. First, the sales person was very helpful explaining the mold testing and remediation process. He went through the steps that would be taken and then he followed up with the results. On the french drain,/sump pump change out/ wall rebuild, it was quick and painless. Again my sales person was very clear in the process and the steps. When he came for a walk through there were some options in what would occur in the installation and he made fully aware of any potential changes in cost (there were none though). The workers came on time (ok a bit early) and finished early as well. Finally, they were helpful and clear walking through all the changes that occurred and the guarantees given."

"Mike is a true professional.  He has been doing this kind of work for a number of years and it was obvious he knew his work once he began.  He works with one other employee and both of them were diligent in starting and completing the work.  I built the original wall and it took me about 2 months, and it the end it was a work I would not ever do again by myself, considering the engineering required and the liftng of blocks. <br />"

"Matt was great. He agreed to come to our house early one day to look at the mold assessment. It had snowed, and he promptly removed his boots and came in to look at the areas we were concerned about. He was polite and informative, and basically told us that we were likely only dealing with surface mold and that we should just keep it clean and keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get worse. I appreciated his honesty and his ability to articulate exactly what he was thinking and what we should do. I'm thankful that it doesn't look like we have a serious problem, but if things change, I know I'll call Mold Men. Thanks!"

"We had a shed pad installed for our new shed. Bob really worked to make sure we understood the different types of pads we could get as well as the ground leveling process. He was the only contractor we talked to that put the pad in the ground (excavating some dirt) so that it didn't just sit on top. As an added bonus, he swiped away a patch of really thick ivy that we've been struggling with. When scheduling the pad, he did delay the installation due to weather issues, showing real concern that if we didn't delay at least a day, the installation would be less than the professional level he likes to leave with. I left for the morning to go to work and when I came home, the pad was ready for a shed. <br /> Bob shows a concern for his homeowner's well being in all matters and is very knowledgable. I fully recomend him to anyone seeking a similar install, and will consider Rock-a-fella's when ever I have a gravelly/patio/deck need in the future. <br />"

"They installed the tile on the floor and supposed to come back to wipe the haze off and then seal. When we called to see when he will come back, he said on Monday at 10:30am. I waited home all day and he never showed or called. When I called him he said he forgot he was off Monday, he meant Tuesday. However, he never showed up on Tuesday, came on Friday. After wiping down we said the grout looks messy and the color is off, there were some skinny lines and some thick and not straight, he said you can wipe it with a wet towel and it will come off. We said can you come here and do it...why should we have to scrub the floor since we paid to get it done. We felt there was alot of bullcrap words....the job was not left nice, clean, professional the way we thought it would be. It took 1-1/2 months for him to offer a regrout and never apologized for the crappy job they did to begin with. We have used him about 5 years ago and he did do a great job, but I dont know what happened to his professionalism and honesty and detail to his work. Losing trust in him, my husband and I thought we would take the challenge to do the grout ourselves and glad we did. <br /> <br />Its ashame he didnt do a great job since we had so many other jobs for him to do. "Started on time removed old three layer walls and ceiling installed zip walls for dust cleaned up nice every night before leaving installed new siding on garage and a new garage door really made it look good. Did over and above his contract i know he didn't charge for stuff he did. Very polite. <br /> New siding installed with capping, soffit etc New garage door framed out where old door was and installed new    new Bathroom with jet tubalong with two walking closest.Painting new drywall,framing, demo, plumbing etc. <br />"

"I called and got an estimate for work, they installed about 2 weeks later. The job took about 4 hours. Labor was 650, materials 450. They did a great job, but I think the labor cost was high for 2 guys. <br />"
