He also spent quite a time seeing the location, no rush and his proposal was the most efficient among all vendors, since his main focus was to make sure the client gets the best experience with the AC. A day before the install, I had a change of mind and instead of dual system, decided to go with a single system. He was never upset for this change, because he wanted me to be happy with my choice. Today, he came with his folks, did an immaculate job, and also cleaned up the space after install. "I received 5 estimates for Central AC & Furnace. Charles Sullivan was the person that came out to give me the estimate, this was to be the 5th of the day and I called their office to cancel because I didnâ t want to wait 2 hours and talk to another person! The rep on the phone said Charles will be there in 15 minutes and I changed my mind and had him come over. I am so glad I did, he was not the least expensive, he was the most sincere, informative sales rep and I just got a great feeling about him. The contract was signed, I had been without AC for a couple weeks in July, triple digits and I was dying. I had to wait a week until the install date, but I have gained Charles Sullivan as a great friend and my AC is blowâ n like the wind. This was last summer and I just called for my bi- annual service which was done by Ryan Foley, very professional and in a timely manner.
