"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"On time. Quickly identified the problem. Was able to get the part the next day and install it. Pleasant and competent."

"Great Service from this company. Replaced main LED in refrigerator and diagnosed wire shorting out in freezer LED. Returned the next day with a freezer LED and replaced it at no extra charge for additional service call or light. An expensive repair that was made a little better by this company. I would recommend them for any appliance repair. Good people providing great service."

"Great job. Steve is very honest, does very good work at a very fair price. i would definitely hire again for any major appliance repair."

"Great, he came quickly, was nice and respectful. He diagnosed the problem and charged a nominal fee for the visit as he informed us that the problem required appliance replacement."

"Outlet replaced without a hitch. Circuit found to be okay, it was just being overloaded with an A/C drawing too many amps."

"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "My overall experience was great!  I left a message with the company on a Monday morning.  They called back within five minutes and were on site that afternoon.  They ended up needing a part they did not have in stock, so they returned and finished the job on Tuesday.
From my understanding, the part that needed to be repaired basically required taking apart the entire washer (which I confirmed on the Internet).  So, considering that and the fact that the total with parts and labor was $230, I think the job was well worth the money.
Just a side note that this company, although still called Milwaukee Maytag Home Appliance Center, is a service company only...they no longer have a store.
