"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Great Service from this company. Replaced main LED in refrigerator and diagnosed wire shorting out in freezer LED. Returned the next day with a freezer LED and replaced it at no extra charge for additional service call or light. An expensive repair that was made a little better by this company. I would recommend them for any appliance repair. Good people providing great service."

"We contacted Steve (who comes HIGHLY recommended) at All Appliance and explained that we were having an issue with our wall oven baking element and our refrigerator light. Steve immediately researched the potential issues with each appliance and let us know the estimate of work required to repair - and also let us know the array of possible issues we may be experiencing. We worked with Steve to schedule a date of service and he came ready with all the necessary equipment and potential replacement parts. Within one hour, all of our issues were resolved and Steve couldn't have been more pleasant - a truly nice guy that is in business to help you with your appliance needs. The price we paid for service was very reasonable as well. In summary --- if you need an appliance repaired/serviced in your home or business, contact All Appliance Service; Steve will take care of you :-)"

"Very pleased with promptness of service and professionalism. Repair person also came with gloves and mouth covering so I felt very secure with him doing repair work in my condo. Would strongly recommend for all aspects of appliance work, especially during this virus situation."

"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "The owner of Sparky's Electrical Service was prompt, very courteous, and had given me some good advice over the phone regarding what fixture to buy, so that was helpful as well. I will definitely call him again when I need electrical service.
