"Tech was punctual and friendly. Diagnosed the issue with the switches and outlets. Replaced half of the switches and the outlet repairing the problem. Unfortunately the new switches and outlet did not match the previous color leaving me with 2 white switches and two almond switches in the same bank of switches. Tech told me they could not make them all match because they don’t carry almond color switches. Completed after work survey and was contacted by customer service who stated that they would have a tech come back to the house and install the new white switch that i had purchased due to the inconvenience.
