"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"I am in the market of shopping for homeowner's insurance and my inspector spotted an issue in the wiring inside of my exterior electric box that needed immediate attention. I located Mr. Sparky on Home Advisor and received an immediate return call to schedule a service appointment. I had already had two previous quotes done and I was not satisfied with the professionalism or the pricing I had been offered. Mr. Sparky had a representative show up within 48 hours of my inquiry, and they were able to give me a quote and completed the repair on the same day! The installer, Alexander Sandoval was not only knowledgeable in the issue I was having repaired, but in other inquiries I had as well...including eventually upgrading my current wiring and cosmetic lighting inquiries. He was professional, helpful, and courteous...something that can be a rarity in this day and age. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs. They will be my "go to" electrical servicer going forward."

"They were very timely but I paid as much to replace the stovetop for as much as a new stove would have cost it would have been a nice word of advice"

"I left a message at about 5:15 pm, knowing it would just go to message and I should get a reply the next day. My call was returnec at 8:30 the same evening. An appointment was made for the next day according to when I got home from work. Markus me me at home at 3:40. He was finished up with the repair and gone at 4:00. It's not that the repair was so easy, it's that he knew what it needed, had the part and was efficient in making the repair. Marcus showed me the faulty part, the heater in my freezer that keeps it from becoming frosted up. I give A+ a big thumbs up and 5 stars."
