"Reliable Rick? Seriously? NOT. The first 2 days was great. Then, they didn't show up on Friday. Then, Rick requested a draw at about 30% done, which was fair, so on a $5500 bill, I paid $2000. Then, they NEVER showed back up to do anymore work, but Rick asked for another $3000 so that he could "make payroll" that day. Making his payroll was NOT my responsibility. So, you will never get a straight answer from him as to if and when they will show up. Then, he will expect you to help "make payroll" even if they HAVEN'T even been there to work in over a week. Then, when I told him that I am paying him out of my pocket as the work is done and then waiting on the bank to reimburse me, he all of a sudden he wants the entire balance of $3000 that day BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE? Lastly, like a snake, he sent his guys in to sneak away with the saw that he left out here 2 weeks ago. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. He is everything EXCEPT reliable! He never even had the balls to say he was leaving the job because I wouldn't PAY HIM UPFRONT BEFORE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. He just stopped answering texts. Stay away from this company. He tries to lure you in with all the right words, but then his true colors start to show when he is in need of money!"
