"When we realized our water heater was leaking, Aldo's was fast both to respond to the inquiry and to get us a replacement; within 36 hours, we were back to having hot water with a new tankless setup. Pricing was within the range we expected and the team was very communicative; I'd hire Aldo's plumbing again!"

"We decided not to go tankless but E&R did a great job installing a new 50 gal Rheem heater. Very quick and clean install. I will use them again in the future."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"The firm responded immediately to my inquiry and arrived at the scheduled appointment date, assessed the necessary repair, went to the closest plumbing supply house and obtained the necessary materials and returned promptly that day to make the corrections. The crew was courteous and professional."

"Discovered our 6 yo gas water heater developed a leak. Decided to call on these guys as they provide the annual maintenance for our A/C and furnace. Called early AM and they were able to have a service technician on-site within 3 hours. After inspecting the tank and finding the source, the technician proposed the replacement options. Although most seem costly, the technician did a great job of explaining the work involved and how much time it would take. After doing some research, I went with these guys....and everything went to plan. Was able to schedule an appointment that worked for our schedule. The same technician came back out with another colleague. The entire job took about 5 hours. They answered all my questions. And they worked very neat. Yeah, they weren't the 'cheapest.' But, they corrected some previous issues, worked efficiently and completed the job correctly and in relatively quick time. They new exactly what to do and how to do it. Very good experience. Thanks, SILA team!"

"I cannot recommend Mark more! We called him for a dishwasher installation and pipe repair. He quoted us reasonably - and was generous with his work and time when what we thought was a simple job turned out to be much more complicated. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with - communicative about the issue and his solution, flexible with scheduling, and just an all-around nice guy. We will not be hesitating to call him in the future - our go-to-guy for all plumbing needs."

"Brittany set the appointment to replace my water heater. Greg B. Did the work with a helper. Everybody was friendly, responsive, professional, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them!"

"Heater was making a knocking sound and of course it was the holiday season. Braido came out right away and found a fan part needed replacement. The parts vendor was closed but they came out the next available day and had everything running smooth."

"I would recommend this company for anyone looking to have their boiler replaced. John the technician arrived early and was very professional. He knew his craft and was very neat and courteous. John and Dan cleaned up after themselves and left everything better than when they started. The salesman, Daniel, was very personable and was willing to work with us to get the job done correct at a reasonable price. Thanks to Astacio Plumbing for a job well done."
