"I'm a part time builder and needed a good flooring guy for this job. I'm very familiar with flooring work, but was new to LVP (Luxury Vinyl). I chose Scott based on these Angie's list reviews. I met with him to go over the unit a few months before I was ready for flooring. Once I was ready Scott promptly dispatched a tile crew first to do my bathroom and kitchen backsplash tile. They were on time, did excellent work and paid all the attention to detail I wanted, without me saying a thing. They even caught an error by the tile company that I would not have seen until it was too late. They were skilled in old school methods (hardiboard) and new methods (Schluter/Ditra membranes). I was impressed with their craftsmanship and would recommend then without reservation. Next up was the LVP install. Again, on short notice Scott was able to get a crew there do do the job on my schedule. Different guys, but I also give their craftsmanship an A rating. They were quick but did the job perfect. Not once single complaint about anything they did. The floor was a Cortec Pro Plus high end LVP and looked perfect after installation. I had some custom trim pieces as well as some quarter round locations and all of that was also done quickly and done very well. They cleaned the whole place very well before they left. I would also recommend those guys without reservation. A friend who lived nearby, based on my choice decided to use Scott's crew to do a full bath tile reno as well. This happened at the same time as my work. His bath was more complicated than mine. His was also done to his complete satisfaction. I've had good subs and marginal subs do work for me over the years. I was relieved that these guys did a perfect job, very happy with them. My new floor guys (old guy retired). I can't see any reason to use anyone else. "Everything was great except for the fact that Mohawk had some sort of issues with their computers which caused my shipment to be delayed 1 week. The inconvenience was that County Flooring Direct had already ripped out my existing floor. Yikes! CFD knew for about a week that Mohawk was having these issues and shipments were being held behind, but CFD didn't relay this info to me until the morning of my scheduled installation. I was a bit irritated to say the least; mainly because my home was hazardous and I have a pet whom if which I had to board due to this. CFD was very apologetic for not letting me know the issues, and kept in constant contact with me during the delay. CFD has not, however, reimbursed me for my time and frustrstion - I had to alter other remodeling due to this issue. Extremely a bad situation. I had to reschedule with other contractors and due to the booming housing market in Nashville, I have to wait approximately 7 - 10 days to begin the next phases. CFD are very nice people and the installers, Henry and Armando, were absolutely awesome! We'll see how the final pricing ends up. Update 7/30/17 Well I have not received the reimbursed compensation from that CFD agreed to, just yet. I actually had to call and remind CFD about the reimbursement. Also, CFD didn't supply the installers with enough room dividers so I have two dividers that do not match. I called CFD twice, leaving voice mails about this before I was able to reach them; and sent pictures. CFD said that "they will check on getting the correct matching dividers". I'm a little frustrated with this answer because I paid to have the correct flooring done. To this date there had been ono follow up to any of this. In fact, the project manager has not even come out to inspect the finished project. The installers were awesome though!"

"Having signed on with a different builder in early September, that builder came and tore out our old deck before getting the building permit. After contacting the City of Columbia permit office, we were told more information was needed from the builder. Four weeks later they still hadn't provided the necessary information. We ended up going with Tennth Floor Contracting and they were Awesome!!! After we paid the deposit, they submitted the permit application and even sent us a screenshot of it. 10 days later they had the permit and scheduled the project for 11/10/2025. They were finished by Thursday late afternoon, 4 days later. Edward and his staff were so thoughtful and did great work."

Michael McSwain came out to the property, gave a great estimate in a few hours and was able to have a crew there next day to install. He did some repairing to the sub floor and the crew had the flooring reinstalled and cleaned up by mid day. Would definitely recommend and use again."

"Tony Trujillo is a pro's pro with TONS of experience, and he's a great guy to boot! We engaged Tony to install LVP throughout our 3600 sq. ft. home. We had a mixture of carpeting and sheet vinyl on most of our floors. This was a really large job! To complicate matters, we were working with our builder to repair a couple of areas in our concrete slab before we could install our flooring. We started the flooring install, only to find a secondary area that needed to be addressed by our builder. Tony was beyond flexible and patiently waited along with us until the the slab was repaired. Once we were ready to continue the install, Tony was unbelievably accommodating and got his guys back in to finish the job so that the job was finished in time for Thanksgiving. I can't say enough how thankful we were (and are), and how much of an impact that made on my wife and me! Pricing was VERY reasonable, and we could NOT be happier with our result. A very special shout-out to a particular member of Tony's team, Joey! He was as much a stickler as we were for making sure the end result was perfect. We love our new floors SO much!
