"We wanted the work to be done sooner than later, so we went for the first bidder, but I recommend getting a couple of more bids, Zero Mold rep was on time, was professional but friendly, and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained things to me as he went, so I understood what he was looking for and understood what his test equipment results meant. He gave me a fair estimate (i had done research on potential cost of remediation if I did have mold ahead of time) and his estimate was in the average for this service. He was prompt yet thorough. If all the technicians from this company are the same, I recommend them. Not being an expert, I will give it a month or two, revisit my attic and will then know for sure if the value per cost was as good as I think it is."

"These guys are just wonderful. The big take away here is that they are honest professionals. The owner came out with a member of his team and thoroughly checked our home for mold. They explained what they were looking for and what they saw. To our great relief, we were told we didn’t have a mold problem and that we had no need of their services! No fear tactics, no sales push, just honest assessment. "Jeremiah was amazing with customer service. Attentive, always responded. Lamar was the technician. I just didn’t feel like he had a lot of experience but he was here quite awhile, inside and outside the home. Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable."

"FlynnWarden (owner) and nephew Jason came and did a very through inspection of entire home to see if mold in basement had spread to other areas--(had not).Got complete,through report from certified lab identifying each type of mold and concentration. Mold was carpet far enough that they removed all 900 sq. ft. Also had to demolish some portions of Rosewood paneling and studs, etc. Jason brought a crew of 7, took 2 days and quality of staff and clear competence eliminated our problem. Subsequent testing and lab report showed no mold! While this was costly, great value was received. We used industrial size true HEPA air handlers on all 3 floors to capture any mold that may have become airborne. Crew were responsive and great to work with. Mold made me (but not wife and son) very sick---- nauseous, headache,etc. The fact that that stopped,shows that we are mold free. I have talked to friends who are in the business of renovation (one has 25 rental properties), restoration,etc. and they have either used AAA, or know of them by reputation. All have the same opinion as I----5 star. So, would I recommend AAA? Yes , without reservation.
