"I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my recent experience with Long Home Products. I hired them to install a walk-in shower, and the installation process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, I was overcharged for the installation. Despite the high cost of 15k, I decided to proceed with the hope that I would receive a high-quality product and service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower has leaked every time I use it, causing significant frustration and inconvenience. I reached out to Long Home Products to report the issue, expecting them to stand by their work and offer a solution. However, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering Long Home Products for their home improvement needs to think twice. The combination of poor workmanship, overcharging, and lack of customer service has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review helps others avoid the same negative experience."

"TrueCare Home Maintenance and its owner, Nick, are truly the epitome of professionalism and expertise. We had appliance issues with our dishwasher and were using it as a drying rack for over a year rather than using it to its full potential. We were finally fed up and figured we would call in the big guns. Nick took less than 5 minutes to find the issue and immediately ordered all parts needed to fix the dishwasher. Nick had our dishwasher up in running in 15 minutes once the parts arrived! Our fridge is currently on the way out, and instead of purchasing a new one, we hired Nick again to diagnose! Amazing communication, stayed on budget, worked very well with us and the work was done quickly and exactly as described. Any issues were immediately dealt with. "Fantastic company, highly recommended! I had a garage in an 80+ year old home turned into a finished game room / home gym, including sliding glass door and closet for storage. Highly competent from the framing down to the last details of trim work, it was all very well executed. There were a number of utilities in the space requiring access post remodel. The design was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing to the point they look like design features! The rest blends seamlessly into the space. The sliding glass door that replaced the garage door looks like it was there from the beginning, and the exterior trim blends perfectly with the house, with the added benefit of being waterproof. The communication was great all the way through the project, from start to finish. I would absolutely use them for any future remodel!"
