"Installation was seamless! My new carpet is wonderful, cushy and soft. Part of the service is that they will move the furniture in each room as long as you pack loose/breakable items. The young man doing the installation was very nice and very professional. They put most of the furniture back exactly where I had it. Had two minor issues and they came out the same day to fix. One feature of Carpet One Guanantee that I didn't use is that if you don't love the new carpet, they will tear out the "new" carpet and put in a different carpet. The booklet has really good instructions for cleaning based on the specific stain-very helpful. <br />"

"Chris provided the services of carpet cleaning and his contracted carpet stretching at our home. He doesn’t provide an estimate in person for the cleaning, but offers a rate per square footage. His final price matched our calculations based on the measurements of the rooms. The carpet stretcher did come prior to estimate the carpet stretching. The quality of work was excellent and professional, both for the carpet cleaning and his associated carpet stretchers. We thought the pricing was fair and reasonable compared to another estimate we received. We will plan to use this service again. We prefer to use owner operators and hiring Chris was a good decision for us."

"Better Built Basements LLC renovated my basement this past summer, installing a full bathroom, bedroom (with egress window), office and finished common area. The project went very smoothly, with great communication and follow-up. Just about everything was done to spec and on the correct timeline. At the beginning of the project we were provided a schedule, and they met almost every milestone; the entire project was completed on time, including pulling the necessary permits and passing all town inspections. We had a few change orders during the project, and they were able to work them in and still complete the project within the original time frame. The communication was phenomenal. For each phase of the project we knew who was coming to the house when, who would be in charge if there was any issue, and who we could escalate to if there were concerns.
