"Andy Q and his crew were absolutely flawless in planning, execution and finishing up the smallest details in this complex project. He and his crew were artisans, making my small bathroom look like a million bucks! They went above and beyond what he had agreed to do and his workman were the hardest working I've ever seen. The original demolition was to take 2 days and took 1 day with the second day for hauling everything from this ancient bath with layers of tiles and floors. His bid was the lowest of Manhattan contractors, including Lowes, who was dying to offer free financing, but with no practical advice. Andy knew what I could realistically do and what was just not possible in my tiny bathroom. One contractor wanted $15K just for demolition of my 30 square foot bathroom! Even before we began and all during the project, if I texted Andy, he would call within minutes and was always available to help with advice and reassurance. The Maintenance Company representatives for my co-op, on the other hand, were horrible, with unreasonable delays in approving my project, which delayed our starting time considerably. But that is over since my bath is 95% finished !! The new custom shower doors from Paradise Glass will be installed Wednesday and I will follow up with another review. THANK YOU ANDY!!!! "I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid. Bathroom two about two weeks. Should have been a few days less but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Overall the work was done very well. The workers were polite and explained everything as we moved along."

"Dominick was amazing! He really takes pride in his work and will not stop until it actually looks perfect. The closet doors he installed were not the exact size of the frames (my landlord ordered them) and I can't tell you how many times he cut and sanded them down until they fit ( I personally would have tossed them out the window and hung a curtain up. :)) He was super efficient and really takes pride in his work. Now that I found Dominick, I plan on doing several renovations and hiring him again to do each one. He's that good!"

"This is the company to use if you need a new roof! Bob was so wonderful. Such a great guy who has been in this business since he was a teenager. He is a wealth of knowledge. Two days after meeting with us they were able to start the job. A very large and organized crew arrived. The work they completed was phenomenal. The job was done in 2 days. "We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "I will start off by saying I think I might be the only person in history to say that the renovation went perfectly and I was happy with everything. Let me explain. Wanted a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Efren (the owner of Nunez Construction) and he had an energy that made us realize that he was experienced and also was open to some new and interesting ideas. He promised the project would be done in 5 weeks - it ended up being 5 weeks and 3 days - essentially on time. The work was flawless and beautiful. He added little flourishes like saddles made of quartz and shelves in an area where a cabinet would not fit. Additionally the measurements from the get go were perfect - the cabinets were the right ones from the beginning and everything fit perfectly in the space on the first try. There were a handful of additional costs - custom shower door, glass cabinets for a bar we built and the appliances (not included in the contract price). All in, Efren stuck to his price, time frame and promise of quality work. Everything from the craftsmanship to the painting were impeccable. What I also appreciated about him was that we stayed in communication with each other from the start. If there was an idea that we presented to him that wouldn’t work in the space, he would let us know and suggest a viable alternative. Great collaboration. Will definitely work with him and his crew again. Already recommended to friends and neighbors."

"Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. We will definitely hire again for various projects around the house."
