They met with me a couple of times during the project to show me what had been done and what limitations they were looking at based on the condition of the concrete. "They sold me on a product that failed and they refuse stand behind their lifetime warranty. I was given two options to repair a sinking garage wall that I had a crack in. I chose one of their recommendations to repair my house (polyurethane injections) and it didn?t work. I alerted them a few months after the initial repair and a year after that and well? They stopped responding to my emails and ignored the matter. They?re not as reputable as they seem to be on google... They never said their repair wasn't a permanent fix and called it a "budget friendly" option after the fact. It was hardly "budget friendly" as it cost thousands of dollars. Why would anyone blow thousands to do a repair that wouldn't be permanent? This was money down the drain and I'll continue to leave bad reviews until they make this right."
