Very organized with each team that he has. We had a little struggle with the county, for the permit and inspections but that didnâ  t stop him and he made thru . Very patient!! He works with amazing people. Billy and Jen did the finishing touches on my porch. They did a. great job. Im so thankful that I met them all and for the work they all done on my new Porch. "Ira sent a team of guys (3) to the house as scheduled and they went right to work. I had cleaned out most of the garage so they were able to start quickly. They used a machine to grind the garage floor to bare concrete. The garage had lots of cracks so they filled them in with an epoxy crack filler. Once this was done and dry they rolled on the base color. They rolled the top coat and threw the flakes on the floor. Scraped the excess flakes off and i think another top coat, can't remember exactly. I went with the Poly Aspartic system since it was a one day process over the epoxy system which would have been 3-4 days. Yes it was a bit more expensive but the results are great and it has a great warranty. IMPORTANT NOTE -  the stuff really smells and since it's in your garage it will seep into your house. Be prepared to deal with the smell for about a day, we left the garage door open a crack over several nights to help with the smell. I could walk on it within a couple of hours and parked the car on it the following day. Looks awesome.About a week later they came to start on the driveway, walkway and lania. They pressure washed one day and started the work the following day. They put down the base coat, we selected a two color acrylic system with a template design. After that the stencil was laid down followed by the top coat being applied by sprayer. This was all done by 2 guys, they'd been doing this for quite some time, you could tell. After the top coat dried they removed the stencil and you could see the design and colors. Once all was cleaned up from overspray they applied two coats of sealer. WARNING.... this stuff smells real bad, worse than the garage!!!! My wife and child had to leave one night because of the smell. All in all the driveway and lanai look great. Have received lots of comments from neighbors wanting to do the same to their house. I'll try and figure out how to add photos here soon."

Even as they were at removing the existing siding, gutter, etc., they always cleaned up before leaving for the day. I appreciated this especially because this was not just a one day job. They answered all my questions and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I plan on using this company again for some projects inside my house. Would recommend them to others."

"After first meeting Joe, we were very impressed with his "can do" attitude and his professional approach.  He explained everything he would do and his estimate was complete and detailed.  He also listed some items that we asked about, but which were not included in the estimate because he needed to check on the cost.  We originally planned to use the same house colors, but after Joe made some helpful suggestions on how to choose and preview colors, we opted to change everything.  He arrived when he said he would, or called if he was delayed.  We were not at home during all the work, but were very happy with the progress each day.  In the end, we elected to remove some of the minor repairs we had asked him to do and had him repaint the garage doors instead, due to a poor color choice that we made.  He was flexible and easy to work with.  We are very pleased with the results and are very happy that we chose Joe.
