I recommend John Scott Roofing 100% hands I asked 10 roofing contractors to come out and give me a price on Owens Coring Duration Designer with peel/stick water barrier. 1-John Scott does his own estimates and goes over all the points needed for a successful roof replacement, prep, warranty and answers all questions, no pressure. ***THIS INCLUDES the signed statement he has paid for materials. WHAT THIS MEANS you will not get a lien on the products installed if the roof company fails to pay for their materials. 2-No down payment and uses their own license and the installers were professional, and cleaned up every nail. 3-Price was the lowest even with a premium product. JS did not charge extra for the premium product either. 10 estimates: John Scott was the lowest, the second closest came in $600 more. He walked us through all our options, then let us make our decisions without any pressure about what to choose. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly and provided an immediate estimate. The RoofElite crew arrived early and wasted no time removing the old roofing and installing the new. They were careful to cover plantings around the house with tarps to avoid possible damage (none occurred), and the cleanup was thorough and complete at the end of the day. "Rainier Roofing did a great job of roofing our 100-year-old home in Tampa. Sameer Asmar and Joe Aponte were so professional, friendly and helpful, and they worked with us and persevered through quite a few challenges during the project, making accommodations wherever possible. The crews worked hard and fast. There was a lot more wood replacement needed than anyone imagined before the old roof was removed. One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing."

They were able to place an emergency tarp for me with short notice when everyone was scrambling after a hurricane. Their workers are very hardworking and do an excellent job. "Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"THESE GUYS DO AMAZING WORK. VERY CLEAN, VERY NEAT, VERY FAST AND ABSOLUTELY AFFORDABLE . I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD ATTACH DOWN SPOUTS TO CORNER TRIM OF HOUSE TO AVOID HOLES IN NEW SIDING. ABSOLUTELY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. NO BULGING. ITS CLEAN AND TIGHT TO HOUSE. FROM THE STREET YOU CANT EVEN SEE THE DOWN SPOUTS BECAUSE THEY ARE PERFECTLY STRAIGHT ON THE WHITE CORNER TRIM.
