"We wanted to add an electric outlet on a stair landing. I thought it was going to happen a certain way tapping electrical from a common wall into the garage but after taking lots of measurements and using a good dose of common sense Logan was able to figure out a much more efficient and practical method to get the job done. this is the second time I've used them and have been very pleased both times."

"The owner was friendly, knowledgeable,, experienced and professional. He made a complete and competitive estimate of the project. He obtained the necessary permits and worked with the utility company and county Inspector well. He completed the project in a timely manner. There were no surprises. He was very easy to work with. There was good communication between us during the project. I would use him again on other electrical needs or repairs. I would recommend him to others."

"I could not have asked for a better experience. Your professionals came in and even fixed a problem that I did not realize was a problem until he found it and informed me and fixed the problem. I was very impressed with all the faucets of there business. Prompt, efficient, performs great quality work, very polite. He took the time to show me what he was doing and explain my issues the how and why all while working. They did an amazing job. It was one of the best investments I've made in a while. He was absolutely worth every penny which was a VERY reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them for all of my electrical needs as well as refer them without hesitation. An HONEST CONTRACTOR. That alone tells you everything."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to. You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
