"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

There was definite care showed towards my house and in every detail of the job, even on a day working outside in direct sunlight with the temperature at 95°+. He did a great job answering ALL our questions, examining our roof from the inside as well so there would be no surprises. He even identified chimney work for us to be aware of to get repaired. We had no idea it needed work. A crew was on site within DAYS to start and 2.5 days later, our new roof was COMPLETE. The workers were great and left the property spotless at the end of each day.
